Warren Buffett, aside from being one of the most famous billionaires in the world, is also the CEO of Berkshire Hathaway, which is a conglomerate holding company headquartered in Omaha, NE. The company has more than $950 billion in assets and owns a great deal of brands that are household names. Just how many companies does Berkshire Hathaway own?

The following companies are considered to the “Four Giants” of Berkshire Hathaway which contribute the most towards the company’s profits:

Overall, Berkshire Hathaway has a controlling interest in more than 60 different companies as well as partial stakes in 20 more. All of these investments give Buffett a net worth of about $126 billion (as of March 2022), making him the fifth richest person on the planet.
