How will the uncertain, scary state of the world due to the pandemic affect trick-or-treating plans for Halloween 2021? A survey by the National Confectioners Association discovered that 80% of Americans still plan to trick-or-treat, which means plenty of candy will be flowing. Other polls by the NCA found that 79% of parents admit to taking candy from their children after a night of trick-or-treating, and 31% stash their favorite candy away for themselves.
