Netflix’s upcoming sci-fi fantasy film starring Will Smith and Joel Edgerton is starting to turn heads and pique interest across the Internet. In a unique take on both the fantasy and science fiction genres, Bright follows the story of LAPD Police Officers Daryl Ward (Will Smith) and Nick Jakoby (Joel Edgerton) the latter of which is the first Orc to be sworn in as a police officer. In a world rife with elves, fairies, and other mythical creatures, in what otherwise seems like a normal present day America, it will be interesting to see how these elements are executed and how it performs in viewership ratings.
Bright is currently slated for release on December 22, 2017.
